Sunset Boat Cruise
Eating a light lunch before the Tamarindo sunset cruise is recommended. Everyone meets in front of El Chriinguito at 12:45 PM and begins boarding. The Tamarindo sunset cruise sets sail along the coast until it reaches a protected bay where it will then anchor for about 90 minutes. Snorkeling gear is available however it is not the highlight of the trip as snorkeling in the Tamarindo area is not considered to be of good quality. During anchor time you may either relax on the Tamarindo cruise or swim to a nearby beach, after which the boat will begin the sunset sail back to the starting point. Depending on the day the Tamarindo cruise serves anywhere from 4-6 plates of gourmet food along with an open bar of refreshments, cocktails, beer, and wine. Vegetarians and food intolerances can be accommodated as long as guests inform ahead of time.
